Clinton Real Estate
The Clinton community is often the first view of visitors who come to Whidbey Island, the village population was 898. However, the post office now serves at least 2,500 people. Even though the village area of Clinton is small, people as far as 7 miles away consider Clinton to be their home.
Much of the village is situated on high bluff overlooking Saratoga Passage on Puget Sound. However, the community of Columbia Beach rests at sea level. The Southern tip of the Island, Possession Point offers public beaches that are home to red rock and Dungeness Crabs. Clinton's Possession Park offers picnic sites,a boat launch, fishing from the shore, and beautiful views. Beachcombing and bird watching are favorite pastimes in this peaceful sanctuary of simple pleasures.
