The Clinton community is often the first view of visitors who come to Whidbey Island, the village population was 898. However, the post office now serves at least 2,500 people. Even though the village area of Clinton is small, people as far as 7 miles away consider Clinton to be their home. Beachcombing and bird watching are favorite pastimes in this peaceful sanctuary of simple pleasures.
